DG Marketplace Data and Results
Confidentiality
Data and analysis in DG Marketplace include both copyrighted and
proprietary information of Jackson Associates and are provided to you, the
user, for your own private, non-commercial
evaluation of DG systems. You may use these results in the ordinary course
of a DG system evaluation including providing copies to companies who are
assisting in your site evaluation.
You may not publish or otherwise distribute, except as indicated in
the paragraph above, the DG Marketplace results without the prior written
permission of Jackson Associates.
If you want to undertake DG Marketplace sessions for the benefit
of another party or parties, you must obtain a commercial license from Jackson
Associates and pay the appropriate license fee. Unauthorized use of DG
Marketplace for the benefit of other parties is strictly prohibited. Email

to include your name, address, telephone number, company affiliation and
title.
